Simply place a re-sealable plastic bag over a cup. For every person eating with you, crack two eggs into the large bag,

Press the air out of the bag and seal it up. Then squeeze or shake the bag to beat the egg yolks until you have it all mixed up.

With it all mixed, open the bag and add your favorite omelet ingredients. This could include cubed ham, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, shredded cheese, and more. Here’s where you can really customize this breakfast recipe to suit everyone’s tastes.
